Absolutely brilliant experience in Trauma and Orthopaedic this morning. Think we waited about 10 minutes after our appointment time which is most unusual in our experience. Saw Karina about my husband’s knees and she was superb. Understood the problem and was able to offer interim treatment to help with husband’s stability. Knocked a star off because we had trouble finding a parking spot. Perennial problem that needs fixing.

I needed to attend Worcester A&E after urgent visit to GP ..very busy there but was triaged very quickly and soon getting ECG etc with nurse rapidly taken into to a doctor. Amazing kind and caring treatment from staff who are working under extreme pressure, really can’t thank them enough 👍 bless them all for the wonderful work they do.

Many thanks to a&e yesterday, especially doctor Singh and his team who looked after our daughter. High quality care during an extremely busy evening. Thank you to everyone on the children's ward too, you are amazing.

Admitted to A & E on 11/09/22 at 6pm.
Accidental OD on heart meds. So mot on my heart. Allowed home at 11:45pm. In good health. The care was absolutely perfect. Even the stay in the corridors.
Its such a shame the nursing staff have to work in such a non stop environment. Total respect.
Despite this tory govt trying its best to destroy our NHS.

Very upset and annoyed with Worcester Royal… a family member who lives in Worcester was taken in by ambulance yesterday afternoon. As he has not yet returned home, we assume he has been kept in, but have no idea which ward he is on, or what treatment he has/ is having or how he is. As we live on the other side of the country and can’t physically go to the hospital, we telephoned today to find out some information. His mobile is unavailable and when we rang the hospital we were kept on hold for forty minutes before being cut off. We rang again tonight and were transferred to ‘admissions’ but no one answered the phone. We still know nothing about our loved one. We are obviously worried. I can’t describe how appalling this situation is. At the very least this is BAD practice… We know the NHS is under pressure at every level, but there are no excuses for causing more suffering by leaving people hanging

Having had to go to A&E today and then on to EAC i would like to say a massive thank you to all the wonderful Drs/nurses/porters I met today who helped me. Each and every one of you were delightful in every way, extremely caring, helpful and supportive. The NHS often gets a hard time but my experiences have always been exceptionally good. Thank you and keep doing what you do! 😊

Absolutely shocking treatment my father had a stroke and is still waiting for a bed on the ward. My mum and I have had to do all the care ourselves as they are so understaffed. He wasn't even given his medication. He can't feed himself so we fed him. Shocking to think we are in England. Two days later and still no further with treatment and still in the a and E ward.

Absolutely appalling care given to my husband who has had a stroke. We were told by a consultant that he was getting better when actually he had right sided paralysis. He has even fallen out of bed as no one answered his bell and he tried to reach for his bottle. He is a retired Dr who has served the NHS for many years. He is lucky in the fact that we visit all day and help him. Will be getting him out of there asap.
