Doctor McClaren is honestly the nicest person I have ever came across. I’ve had on going health problems for 2.5 years and have been fobbed off, taken myself to a n e and referred to so many different doctors, including her but she has been the most helpful by far as well as being super lovely. Thank you so much, she is a blessing to you all.

The people`s from this dental hospital refused to give me urgent dental help. I am very disappointed. How is it possible for you everywhere to refuse your help simply because you are not their patient. So you have to fall out of pain and no one will help you. For first time i saw a hospital that refused urgent dental care. I hope you are proud of yourself.!!!

I needed an out of hours GP because of health issues and I was appointed to go here. I was checked by a wonderful GP, who was really kind and listened to problems I had.
I got the prescription and was told what pharmacy is working late hours.

I brought my 4 year old who would not sit in the chair ... although it was a check up, the doctor treated her with respect, gave great advices, was able to check in the limit of the situation, set up a good schedule for revisits, was very kind and patient .. could enumerate endlessly. I might have never been so happy with a service beforehand.

The phlebotomy dept. is extremely efficient. I was in and out of the hospital within 5 minutes this morning!

Brilliant little hospital and lovely, helpful staff!

My mum was on the Branwen ward, certain HCA staff there were not very nice like they could not be bothered, when we tried to talk to senior staff they didn't want to listen, couldn't get my mum out quick enough, very disappointed and disgusted.

Staff are incredibly kind and empathetic. Everything was very well explained to me. It means the world to me to be treated with such dignity and care - thank you 😁
