Dewi Sant Hospital

Visited this hospital few times over the summer and always felt supported and cared for. People working there are absolutely amazing. I want to thank them for helping me with my issues and especially Sian and Rachel for their help and support in such uneasy times. They've been very caring and professional. I honestly don't know what would have happened to me if not for their support and help.

Absolutely amazing dental service today, all the staff members were great and helped us a lot. The gentleman by the main door giving directions was exceptionally lovely!

Variety of local NHS services. It's a pretty nice building and easy to navigate there are two entrances, one on the main road which is the back entrance and on the graig hill. The other is Albert Rd and goes straight into the car park

I called in to book an appointment with the D&A clinic. Initially I spoke with Nadine via telephone consultation who was very kind, helpful and knowledgable. Upon my first visit the next week I was kindly shown where I had to go by a member of staff. My first appointment was with Tina and Emma, and they thoroughly explained the treatment process and were both extremely kind, helpful and professional. The receptionists are also very quick to answer the direct number I was provided, i’m very grateful toward the team i’m working with.

So dissapointed, I've phoned and phone all day 7/ 8/ 22 and yesterday and the day before. Though the opening times are advised as open no one answers the phone. Heard the Monkey pox statement so many times I
could take a A level in it, no one there to help at all don't know where to turn for family planning its a joke

Easy parking, very clean and really nice staff

The staff were helpful, polite and friendly. I went to have my Covid-19 booster jab and found everything was well organised between booking in and going into the next room for the booster. The place was clean and tidy and cleaned between patients. Excellent service 👏
