Well, after contacting Kingsley Solicitors asking them to mediate a dispute for me in June 2018 I had a quick response and some forms to complete. This was duly done, I sent everything back to my contact at the solicitors and waited...and waited...

At the end of June I supplied the other parties details and was assured the matter would be passed onto a mediator who I was told would contact me directly. Oh good I thought, then I waited...and waited...and waited.

In the middle of July I contacted the solicitors again to ask what progress. The response came a week later as my contact had apparently been on holiday, but she assured me she would address the matter directly. Oh good I thought, then I waited... but only for a week. I asked my contact by email yet again asking what was happening and whether I should look elsewhere, then I waited... and waited... and waited.

There are many things I would like to say, but to anyone who reads this I would suggest you steer well clear of this company. I have given them one star only because the review software will not let me publish 0 stars.

I have used Kingsley Solicitors for my Divorce and found the service and help I received very good. Lois Kingsley is a very experienced Solicitor who does not take any "bull...." - she is hard but fair to all parties and will tell you when you are in the wrong too. She will however find a solution that will work for you.
I also used Kingsley Solicitors to review legal documents and to set up consulting agreements. Kingsley Solicitors are professional and very hard working and I will use them in the future and can only highly recommend them.

very unprofessional, does not reply to phone calls or emails does not even acknowledge receipt of emails. I feel she has used Covid as an excuse for her failings. She was meant to send important letter out in March but didn't. It then took weeks getting in touch with her to discuss it. She assured me it had been sent but not recorded delivery. If she had advised me in the first meeting the company i was dealing with didn't even have to reply to her I would never have paid for her services. I completely agree with all the negative comments left on this page, they are an accurate description of my dealing with her. Perhaps friends cloud leave 5 star reviews for me.
Complete waste of time and money. Would not recommend Would NOT use again.

Highly recommend Kingsley solicitors. They provided me with high level and honest service with Excellent customer care. Felt looked after from start to finish of my case.

Keeps referring to herself as “the firm”!
Total prima donna who thinks she is way better than she actually is, attempts to intimidate and gives poor advice and can’t even get the basics right like spelling names and email addresses. She has a complete disregard for proper professional practice.

In relation to the reply below, I’m not at all frustrated!! The bad advice you gave your client which they took meant the process was dragged out and cost your client more in court fees and interest.

We took your client to court and WON! So a compliment..? NO! You are ignorant! This review has been here for over a year, and how long has it taken you to respond?? Seems you’re as efficient at this as you were replying to our LBA!

Kingsley Solicitors changed my life in spectacular style for the better, in the immediate term and in the long term. My advice to anyone who needs legal advice phone Lois and Gavin at Kingsley Solicitors.
They took me through my divorce not only very professionally but with compassion and dignity. I received the right legal advice from the start and you really need someone who knows what they are talking about on your side.
Words cannot express enough the gratitude I feel towards them. My day in court although very emotional was made better by how Lois was in control fighting my corner and so prepared for any question the judge asked. Without Lois I know things would have been different for me and I will always never regret putting my trust in her as she is one brilliant solicitor who had my best interest in mind from the very start.
