Hazelvalley Family Practice Dr Mannan

Been with The Surgery for over 20 years and my children are registered here too. Over the years, I've been very happy with the service received. Emergency appointments are always possible if you ring up at 8.00am.
Saw Dr Mannan today for my youngest daughter, he listens patiently and his explanations are always very reassuring. Dr Moujaes is also a very experienced doctor and I've always been happy with his diagnosis.
The receptionists, I think, are amazing. When I'm there waiting to see the doctor, they've always been professional, even when faced with difficult patients. They do a hard job trying to please everyone.
Thoroughly recommend.

Both Dr Mannan and Dr Moujaes are very professional but sensitive doctors. I have been with them ever since they opened and noticed how they keep up with all the advances in medical treatment. My mothers riddled with all sorts of problems and they look after her as though shes their own. Rececptionists and nurses have always been really good too! Keep up the good work!

Very pleasant staff and although I don't go often at all I've never had an issue getting an appt.

Impossible to get an appointment at this surgery. Most of the time a doctor isn't available. If only a limited amount
of appointments are released each day why do you have a big sign outside saying 'new patients welcome'? Look after those who are with you first!

Thank you for the reply. My daughter needed a on the day appointment she has been off school. We waited 30 mins on phone just be told no appointments where available. I had to take my daughter to A&E and we were advised this was urgent care(111) and should have been a priority. I'm wondering how your receptionist assess 'on the day' appointments? I will be taking this complaint further with NHS. The Doctor at A&E was shocked my daughter had not been seen by the practice. I wonder how many others are getting this 'one the day' treatment.

Had to visit a few times recently and I’ve had first class service every time from the reception staff, HCA, practice nurse and doctor.

Daughter was not well and rang the daughters was seen straight away so put my mind at rest top class service

Had an appointment at Hazelvalley this morning with a Student Doctor. She was extremely knowledgeable and thorough.
Asked me lots of questions, gave me an examination and recorded lots of notes on my file. Her polite and knowledgeable manner was exemplary. After taking around 20 minutes with me, she went to see Dr Mannan (Senior Doctor at this practice).
She than came back and asked me to go with her to see Dr Mannan who is an excellent, caring Doctor.
After several more questions and checks, he examined me and prescribed some ointment gel and just to be on the safe side arranged an X Ray for me.
All in all this was first class and excellent service from Hazelvalley Family Practice.
