If you make your call dead on 8 and get your call back the doctors are fab. Particularly Jay Patel who is so understanding and calming.
Very happy with the practice.

Don't bother calling before 8.45am because no one will answer. Even though they tell you that you have to call this early to get an urgent appointment...

Receptionists often get bad press, but the 2 ladies I met on Tuesday afternoon were both so very kind & caring. I was very upset, but they bent over backwards to help me, & explain lots of options I could explore. So helpful & supportive. Can't praise them enough. Thank you.

Genuinely nice receptionists and I've never had a bad experience. Great that you can get appointments in Kings Langley too.
