Dr P Aru - Lister Primary Care Centre

This GP practice is the worst GP surgery I have had to experience. My Wife, who goes to this practice has recently had the worst patient experience. Since Dr Ali Raji left the practice it has gone down the drain. Uncaring attitude, rude staff and lying practice manager. NHS should do something about this practice or it will be judged by Dr Aru's uncaring practice.

Wife anxiety has gone through the roof and had to change GP practice. Someone from the regulatory body need to have a look at their practice standard before something grave happens to innocent patients.

Absolutely terrible service. Can never get a call through to them, do not accept medication requests via the app, basically just can't get an appointment or repeat prescriptions my mother needs.

I think this the worst doctor ever had an operation 3 months ago just trying to see someone and get my medication and still trying this is so bad and there Reception is not helpful at all and as a women I have to tell men what the problem is all the time 🙄

Very rude receptionist this morning was making an appointment and was very abrupt with didn’t Need to be spoken like that after just losing my brother didn’t need that today .

DO NOT BELIEVE THE 4.1 stat, there are two surgeries and my below review is my experience of Lister. Lister has not cared for years, the staff are run down by cuts, high turnover or some just can't be bothered to show care towards sick people.

I can confirm what Teresa is saying in the other review. This is the worst surgery I have ever dealt with. You call at 8am and they barely have appointments or none, they turn you away to other services such as 111 and when 111 does book you an appointment direct the surgery doesn't follow up. They forget they have booked appointments under your name and doctors are often late with follow ups calling hours later or not at all. I would avoid this surgery and regulatory body needs to start looking into this place.

Edited for clarification: I have shielded my name for privacy reasons. I am registered with you and currently working on leaving. I ve been with this surgery since Dr. Wing when I was a kid and over the years it has gone from good place to abysmal. You are one of the worst GP surgeries in London and if I could give you minus I would gladly do so. You only need to do a few searches to see how many bad reviews this place has gotten. Only a few of the people who work here are actual nice and one doctor (Dr. English) in particularly is callous and could not care less about listening to his patients.

I gave 4 stars because Mr Dr Wilson is my favourite doctor.
All the doctors are good but I feel that he does listen and he doesn't seem to rush you off the phone. He also takes the time to listen to anything else you have to say that may not be relevant to your element when you have another concern. Lastly, he has a friendly and happy persona. So I do appreciate talking to Dr Wilson.
Also, the receptionist is always pleasant and they try and put you through to the right department. They are also so very helpful and patient on the phone. They are always there to help even if you come through at the wrong time. When you come to and see them at the front desk, there always cheerful and willing to help and assist as best as they can. So, good work overall.

No customer service, waited for a doctor to call for my son and did not receive a call. Tried calling the surgery and stayed on the line ringing until it said that it was closed. I feel that the surgery needs better doctors, and better receptionist. Management has gone down the drain. Dr Aru needs to review his clinic and those working with him.

The best service here, the practice manager 100 % satisfied my needs and receptionist ky and Khadiza excellent service aswell. Excellent doctor anekwe
