I've been to the Orient several times; it's not my surgery, but needed to get prescriptions filled (diabetic) after arriving from Canada when registration was taking far too long at my local. I've utilised the walk-in twice, the pharmacy both times, the diabetic nurse and the diabetic consultant, colorectal, etc. I've been very happy with the care there! I'm sad about all of the negative comments; people have always been lovely there. The two walk-in GPs were excellent and concerned for my care, particularly since I'd gone without meds for quite a while since first trying to register at my local practice. The reception/office manager actually called my practice (which is VERY busy and can be a long wait on the phone) and asked if they could move up the registration (the answer was ''no''); she was lovely and asked if I was Canadian right away, rather than American, which was very nice. I had to return the following month for refills, different doctor, just as caring and polite. I've found the diabetic nurse and consultant very informative and pleasant, the consultants in colorectal are excellent and the people at reception are always lovely to me. Even the family that runs the pharmacy is very nice, informative and quick with your meds. I don't understand all the hate. My only complaint is that I've had to change a couple appointment times, as they send a letter out with an appointment without seeing if it works for you, first. I had appointments at a hospital in north London that had been booked for months; one was for an endoscopy that I needed very much; I'd been very ill for seven weeks. I was told the second time that if I change another appointment time, I can no longer go to that clinic. It was a little surprising and much different than in Canada. Maybe people just don't show up for appointments so they put that policy in place? Other than that, it's been very positive for me.

Such lovely care - very kind doctors, who were patient and gave me their time. Didn't feel rushed. The nurse is also brilliant, taking me in for my asthma review when I saw the doctors because she had ten minutes spare and saw I was due a review.

Been coming here for a while now and always had a positive experience. The reception staff have always been friendly and helpful. The doctors and nurses have been great, happy to explain everything and listen carefully.
Waiting times have been low and a lot better than the other doctors I used to go to.

Never get to see a doctor. Always see a nurse who seems to want to get u out of the door as quick as possible. Told only one symptom per session will have to book another appointment for another symptom.
Waste of time will not attend this surgery again.

The rudest doctor I've ever come across. I have a skin condition and asked to see a doctor in person (apparently they don't do this anymore unless you're invited in). After waiting four days for a call back, and on the phone for 2 minutes and 15 seconds the doctor prescribed me a steroid cream without seeing my skin. When I asked about another medication I was on for something else, she sighed and said she didn't have time for more than one 'issue'. She quickly swapped my other medication for something else, and when I asked questions about the new mediation she said 'I don't have time to talk about your medical history'. Isn't that what doctors are for? I tried to ask about the new medication before I decide to put it into my body, but my question apparently made me feel like I was 'harassing her for information'. Dr Meryem Kaya I don't know how you got a license.

It's not a GP. It's a call center.
I visited the place with my 5 year old son because his ear and there was no doctor. only 3 employees to answer phone calls. their advice was to go to the hospital or pharmacy.

Terrible service and rude doctors.

I battled these people for 6 months to try and get help with my immune system disorder. Was constantly dismissed and made to feel like I was making it up. I would be hung up on why crying.

Eventually I switched doctors, got properly tested, diagnose and given medicine to help.

Nearly a year of my life wasted in pain because these people wouldn’t listen to me. Should be closed down .

I been registered with this GP for 5 years, but never used service. Today I called for an emergency appointment, and they told me that I been removed from the system, because I moved out ( what is not true, I haven't served the notice) and I will need to register again. And they don't really care is not them problem.
