I am giving one star because 0 is not an option.
They are absolutely unreachable via phone, patients cannot book appointments. They never pick up and when they do the receptionist are very unhelpful.

Second time I call them and they don't have any space, not until 7 days after my call. It's madness. I have to call 111. What's the point of having a GP?

I was apprehensive to come today because of the poor reviews here at Google. Surprisingly, my experience was the exact opposite. The receptionist, Jessica was lovely and attentively listened to my needs. She was kind and very helpful. I was able to get an appointment for a call back on the same day. The GP, Dr. Pattni called me a few minutes later and he was also very kind. I didn't feel rushed, he took his time to listen to my concerns and medical background. He was very professional throughout the consultation which was a big relief. I have hopes for this GP practice and based on my experience today, I believe they deserve a five star rating.

Most of the receptionists are AWFUL, very insensitive and extremely rude. The male receptionist is helpful but he is often not there. One or two of the GPs are super lovely and helpful. If you are thinking about registering here, please don't.

Receptionists are rude and insensitive. They don't let you speak, and it seems they don't have the patience to hear people’s diseases. I would like to remind you that it is a The medical centre and people call you when needed. If you don't like change jobs!

Was calling from 8am and call went to the line being busy or no one picking up. Managed to have someone pick up at 8:25 to tell me they can’t make an appointment for me on the day (or next day) and I have to call back tomorrow. Literally useless

I think the qualification needed to become a receptionist at an NHS is below primary because not only don’t they listen to your request, but rather keep making excuses without a reasonable ground to address the situation.

My mother was appointed a X-Ray exam at a hospital the GP gave her a form at. She went there had her tests done was said to wait for her results that will be addressed by her doctor’s GP via phone.

She kept waiting for *weeks* for the results but the GP never called or sent anything. She got tired due to a strong pain in her hand so she went to the GP reception, just to be surprised they did
not care.

The fat lady told her the hospital hasn’t sent anything, and that she would have to wait.

1 month and a half passed by and she still got no phone call neither results. She went back again to ask for the results, and supposedly they called in-front of her to the hospital asking for the results.

My mother was disappointed on how a GP hasn’t even tried to call to the Hospital asking for the results rather than keep sending emails. If she hadn’t gone to the GP the receptionist would have never called to the hospital.

After the call, she went back home and wait. But even after two months still got nothing. She then herself decided to go the hospital and ask them why they are not sending the results.

Later being told by the hospital reception, they did sent them to the email provided by the GP. One was 3 months ago and another 2 more.

Mad about it went straight to the GP and the receptionist told her they hadn’t received the results from the hospital even after she went there in person.
The receptionist at that hospital said they sent the results to their email that same day before going to the GP.

Furious about the stressing situation asked the receptionist for their email. For by her own to go the next day at the hospital for them to send the results at that e-mail given.

All of this could have easily being solved by the GP alone, but rather instead of helping their patients; they only care about their paycheck while being just seated at a screen without a mask, doing absolutely nothing.

The most useless GP has been awarded to this one.

This is the most useless GP. We can see the building but they are unreachable like stars in the sky. You call and nobody picks up, no letters no updates on health status nothing! The receptionist are probably brought in from mars as they are absolutely clueless. Not even God knows this is ‘GP practice’ is still running beyond me. At this GP your not allowed to be ILL after 8 in morning, they got no clue about health, reporting health shouldn’t have time limit we aren’t Martians.
