They are absolutely unreachable via phone, patients cannot book appointments. They never pick up and when they do the receptionist are very unhelpful.
My mother was appointed a X-Ray exam at a hospital the GP gave her a form at. She went there had her tests done was said to wait for her results that will be addressed by her doctor’s GP via phone.
She kept waiting for *weeks* for the results but the GP never called or sent anything. She got tired due to a strong pain in her hand so she went to the GP reception, just to be surprised they did
not care.
The fat lady told her the hospital hasn’t sent anything, and that she would have to wait.
1 month and a half passed by and she still got no phone call neither results. She went back again to ask for the results, and supposedly they called in-front of her to the hospital asking for the results.
My mother was disappointed on how a GP hasn’t even tried to call to the Hospital asking for the results rather than keep sending emails. If she hadn’t gone to the GP the receptionist would have never called to the hospital.
After the call, she went back home and wait. But even after two months still got nothing. She then herself decided to go the hospital and ask them why they are not sending the results.
Later being told by the hospital reception, they did sent them to the email provided by the GP. One was 3 months ago and another 2 more.
Mad about it went straight to the GP and the receptionist told her they hadn’t received the results from the hospital even after she went there in person.
The receptionist at that hospital said they sent the results to their email that same day before going to the GP.
Furious about the stressing situation asked the receptionist for their email. For by her own to go the next day at the hospital for them to send the results at that e-mail given.
All of this could have easily being solved by the GP alone, but rather instead of helping their patients; they only care about their paycheck while being just seated at a screen without a mask, doing absolutely nothing.
The most useless GP has been awarded to this one.
