It's a decent GP practice. The few doctors I've seen or spoke to have been pretty good, Dr May Momen was very good and listens. I found Dr Jasvir Virdi quite dismissive and unhelpful. Not being able to book an appointment online is also slightly annoying due to the long wait times to get through to reception via telephone. All in all, the place is decent.

used to love this practice (doctors are always lovely!!!), however recently seem to have problems renewing my prescription (mental health related, have been waiting for my prescription for a week) and the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful over the phone. honestly, get some new receptionists in. please!

In the many years I've been with the practice I've never had a receptionist that wasn't polite, helpful and efficient. The reviews about rude receptionists do not reflect my experience. I have found this practice exceptionally well run: the phone is answered, I can have an appointment (or call) on the same day for urgent matters, I have been referred promptly when necessary. I have nothing but praise for the nurses and doctors.

Similar experience to a lot of other reviewers. The GPs and nurses are great, however some of the receptionists clearly simply do not care about trying to help people. They are often rude, and at best they are simply indifferent and uncaring.

Suggest receptionists are sent on a customer care training course.

I have been a patient here for way over a decade I left and came back as the level of care I have received here has been unmatched by any other surgery I have attended. Dr Marcus Craven is literally a Knight in shining armour not to take away from the rest of the team but this man is an absolutely angel and Agnes on reception is the kindest and most dedicated receptionist I have ever come across, although all the receptionist do their best remember to be kind the whole team has been pushed to their absolute limits during this pandemic but still maintain a very high standard of care ❤ WELL DONE ADELAIDE MEDICAL CENTRE STAFF X

We have been with the Adelaide Medical Centre for 17 years. They are an excellent Practice and we consider ourselves very lucky to be registered with them.The doctors are kind and thorough and the reception staff helpful and polite, and always go out of their way to try and accommodate everyone's needs. No easy task!! I cannot recommend this Practice more highly.
