The worst GP practice. Impossible to get appointments, doctors non-empathetic and sometimes even rude, results being delayed. Sick notes issues incorrectly. We have had the worst experience. Almost no female doctors. Very disappointed.

Doctor I've never met, only talked to on the phone changed my medication without consulting me and ignored my protests. My mental health is now in decline and no one will listen to me. They won't refer me to any support services and just send the links to me. I can't get help from them without a GP referral.
They are uncaring and honestly dangerous with how they are treating me.

They also changed my pharmacy, despite me confirming with them which one I went to. Took over a week for my medications to go to the correct one. Something I had to do, no help from them.
This happened 3 TIMES with me correcting them each time and them claiming to change it.

I can't even get them to give me a note stating my conditions. Somehow that's beyond them.

Atrocious. Have sent in two letters of complaint since August and neither have been acknowledged. One particular girl who answers calls is worse than useless and doesn't even book you in for consultation but says she has. Tracy is the only member of staff that is helpful but she's got her hands full! Will be contacting the health ombudsman in due course but unfortunately I've got another 4 months to wait for a reply that may never come before I can do so. National Health Sabotage at this point!!!

The worst service I have ever experience. Was on hold for 1 hour 49 minutes and I be cut off. Called back and still on hold over 1 hour 19 minutes later. This is a call regarding my 4 year son that 111 advisor me to call them for further help. I have never had a good experience with the reception and they are alway rude, even tho they took this job to help people when they are at the worst. Can’t believe I have been on hold since 8.11am and it’s 11.25am and still on hold. Joke

Over an hour wait in cronick pain and they put the phone down not the first time either .....disgusting.... they don't even deserve the one star

Was just on the phone with them waiting for 55 mins got to 1st position in order to speak with someone and then they drop the call. Quite rediculous

Very happy with the practice. We usually see Doctor Vela who's an amazing doctor, very professional, always gives great advice and treatments for our family (with 2 kids). Thank you!

Long story short: This GP surgery misdiagnosed my daughter THREE times. Prescribed her medication without seeing her. Got a face to face appointment after being adamant that there is an underlying issue which I knew from the start!

Unfortunately I had to go through my GP to get an ENT appointment, as we had been to the hospital to see if she could be reffered.

Because of their negligence and misdiagnosis she had to have an operation. I will never forgive them for allowing a TWO YEAR OLD to go unseen and I'm glad I as a parent kept pushing!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this GP practice.
