The Wembley Practice

I've been registered for almost 2 years. Receptionists have always been polite and helpful.
I feel heard by the GP and whenever they need to prescribe it's done in the instant. They've always been polite and given me referrals when necessary.
The Dr. IQ app is very helpful to get a phone appointment on the same day.

I went to this practice about 4 months ago now and needed a general check up as part of my employment elsewhere. Was really pleased with the quick service and how helpful the receptionist was. I was particularly impressed the receptionist would try and resolve every issue whilst staying calm under pressure. Really pleased with the service

Called for an appointment and there was not one available for my Husband. But Moosa was amazing went out his way to speak to the Doctor to get the Doctor to contact my Husband. Amazing to see as this was not always the case here.

First time ever, someone has gone an extra mile to help me get an urgent appointment for my 4 years old son who had temperature and cough and was sent back from school due to this. I am very grateful to Marta who is very professional and friendly and got an appointment for my son to be seen by a doctor although I called later in the morning when at first she said all appointments are full. But I really appreciate her how she understood my situation and answered in a positive way that ‘she will try her best’ to get me an appt. I had many difficulties in the past getting appointments since the invention of DR IQ.Marta is really and asset to the team. I wish her all the best. God bless.

I have never been treated so poorly by any receptionist in my life. I am really calm person. I called on 14.10.22 at 15.35 (after waiting 40minutes on the line - which is fine) to ask why the medications requested 5 days ago are still not approved and sent to the pharmacy. I said I am calling third day in a row and I am getting worried as there is no meds left and one of them is important hypertension medicine.

I was literally yelled at, while I was nothing but nice - and of course concerned but NOT FOR A SECOND raised my voice and have been nothing but polite - because I know it is not a receptionist fault that this has happened. As I mentioned how important this medication is… the receptionist got so irritated she just hung up on me. Unbelievably rude.

I went to Wembley Practice for apoitment last Friday receptionist Marta help me to arrange urgent appointment for my daughter,she was really kind and I had apoitment the same day. Marta is very polite, helpful and professional Receptionist!!! 👍 Thank you very much.

Absolutely rubbish experience with this surgery, rude reception staff who cant be bothered to do their job, long queues on the phone, app for booking appointments which somedays works somedays doesnt, whats the point of having an option for appointments on the phone if you bloody refer people to the app! Once you do finally get an appointment, the doctors either dont call you or ignore the notes where you request to be called after or before a specific time (work reasons).

Worst GP ever. I don’t understand why no one answer the call. Obviously when people are sick and not feeling well. People will make call. Please try to take all patient seriously. This is not a joke. I try to contact them through Dr. IQ I was been told doctor will call me later but while I got email later saying consult with pharmacy. Whereas, pharmacy is not picking up phone aswell. Now I am trying to call GP. Still the same no answer. It says calling no. 8 on the queue. Always same I waited 30 min still on caller no. 8.Not like other GP; worst I won’t even give 1 star if I can. Thank you.
