Tyntesfield Medical Group - Long Ashton Surgery

I've been a patient here for three years and have discussed and been treated for a number of issues. I feel progress is being made and this is largely down to Doctor Burns. She is happy to listen, is compassionate, and is very helpful. Thank you.

Excellent service by doctors and nurses. I cannot fault them. They have always tried to get to the bottom of my problems. It does take a while for them to answer the phone but most gp are like this nowadays. Would definitely recommend this surgery.

Excellent service. Doctor called me for a telephone appointment (due to covid restrictions) and then booked me in for a face to face appointment within an hour. Diagnosed and prescription provided within 20 mins. All the doctors are Great there but Dr Cresswell is particularly kind and helpful.

I have never had anything but friendly, efficient and kind service from everyone at this GP practice. Dr Pepper is a fantastic doctor who combines her medical expertise with compassion and understanding. I feel so lucky to be registered here.

Unfortunately my wife and I have had cause to use the services of the surgery several times over the last couple of years. We have found this to be just brilliant. From the reception team, to the nurses and the doctors we have consistently received efficient, caring and highly professional treatment. We are both very grateful for this and think that we are fortunate to have such a good practice in the village.

Excellent practice. I trust the staff completely and I've found each person friendly and willing.

Terrible service. My 1 yr old daughter had an immunisation appointment at 12:10. When arrived there, there is note on door saying due to covid outbreak practice has closed. I need to re-arrange my work for this appointment and they cannot even bother to inform about the cancellation. I am glad that I am moving out of the area.

LA surgery makes me so happy! Everyone is so friendly, everything is so efficient. You call up and the phone is answered almost straight away (after the intro about COVID) and then they can book you in basically straight away. Results are in quickly, appointments are never running late, everything is clean, neat and tidy. We recently moved from nearer the city and our experience was VERY different, so gosh do we appreciate a great Drs. No one likes going the docs because it's usually for something a bit unpleasant, but all of the above makes it so much less stressful. Thank you very much.
