Hands down, the best doctors surgery around.
The receptionist have always been polite and professional upon arrival.
The call handlers have been incredibly knowledgable and experienced and have always been able to direct us to the right medicine.
The GP’s have been fantastic - diagnosing and fixing us up.
As a family with two young children we couldn’t be more impressed with how well everything has been handled.
Thank you for restoring our faith in doctors surgeries!

A new low today. Kudos to the team for finding a way to degrade the service further, thought it’d hit the bottom when all the money was spent on a shiny new building.

While I have a job and so can’t see a GP there (booking system wins!) my 3yo kid has fared better …until today.

The new low was on arriving in time being asked to wait outside in the cold by the security team in reception this morning. The waiting room is now a premium tier thing and ill kids are not welcome. I tried to check the appointment & expected wait time but was thrown out without an answer with “You are really not allowed to be in here, please leave. Now.”

Some parents and kids retreated to their range rovers to wait. Some don’t have Range Rovers and must wait in the cold. By 10am they wait in the cold and rain was only 30-40mins.

Once in, the nurse (haha you thought GP!) was great.

PS loving the fake reviews on here; and the ones from the staff!

This Surgery is dreadful receptionists rude and unhelpful G.p.s not interested..my partner did a urine test and uploaded online result was highly abnormal advised the surgery would contact him urgently a week later text to call to see g.p. waited an hour to be answered then offered an appointment in 3-1/2 weeks time questioned why so long as we urgent advised oh no it's just a routine appointment to chat about results..also my partner can hardly walk is on chemo other serious conditions and received a text asking him to volunteer at the Covid Clinics when he is immuno suppressed himself..had so many issues with this surgery

Worst surgery I have ever come across, zero customer awareness. How can someone be number 1 in the queue and they are waiting for 15 mins and this happens anytime of the day. It is awful its people like those that Jeremy Hunt should be gunning for. I pay my taxes, why do I have to get stuck with awful service. Is there no where else to go for a surgery.

This surgery like most others is struggling with the usual NHS woes of lack of staff and too many patients to handle, especially in the middle of winter, the wait times are sometimes long. But the staff have always been helpful and friendly. The reception team are great and every Dr and Nurse we have been seen by has always been lovely and welcoming. If the government invested more then it could be 5*'s.

I have been registered at this surgery for over 60 years now , back then you had your own doctor , could book an appointment to see them usually the same day. If you were to ill to visit , they would visit you at home . When you visited the surgery it was very busy ,with up to about 30 waiting in the waiting room .It is now quicker for me to drive 4 miles in to the surgery to book an appointment than wait on the phone . When I get there its deserted , no one waiting to see a doctor , they are to busy on the phone talking to patients rather than seeing them in person.
I have got to wait 3 weeks for a call about making an appointment when I was requested by the surgery to make an

appointment with them .This surgery is no more than a Doctor
call centre ! I requested a blood test from them to check my cholesterol level and was told there too busy and to go to the hospital. Just as good the hospitals arnt busy ! The only good side is when you finally manage to see what ever doctors free, they are usually very helpful .

I take reviews quite seriously and only leave them when I need to. I’ve had a multitude of experiences with surgeries both personally and professionally. Wallhouse is the best I’ve come across. You’re seen as a human and not a number. I think if you treat others how you want to be treated, that can get you a long way. I’ve been to others in the area (where I was forgotten about as a pregnant mama with a disabled partner and talked to very unprofessionally) and you stand alone. These lovely people are so overworked and under appreciated it’s saddening that we blame it on them and not the government for holding their help back. All of the staff I have come across have helped me above and beyond. Thank you all 💋

I feel very sorry for the staff, they are completely under staffed. You can’t get appointments, you are left waiting on a phone call for 45 mins to then just be put through to triage. I needed a hospital referral for my 2yr old daughter and was told to call back on Wednesday as Monday and Tuesdays are too busy. It is quicker to go to A&E then to see a GP in this surgery. Highly recommend not joining this surgery, I will be moving my family as the service is just awful.
