The Doctor I saw at Private GP was excellent An empathetic approach and enough time to discuss my concerns. The GP clinic itself is very calm and comfortable which helps when you have concerns. The Follow up test I required was organised easily. I would throughly recommend this service how a trip to the doctors should be.

Over the last 2 years, Dr. Piper has dealt with my son's disabling, chronic condition by methodically testing and finding a way to start treating. Using Functional Medicine, she has improved our son’s life tremendously, allowing him to join us for a holiday after being stuck at home for over 10 years.

My son's story is a common one for chronic illness sufferers. Early visits to doctors resulted in a handful of tests being done, yielding a diagnosis with "unknown cause". The treatments offered as a result were aimed at symptom management, and have been ineffective. Due to the stress caused by this, I need support too. Thankfully, Dr. Piper looks after me with her deep medical knowledge helping body, mind and spirit work together and heal. Dr. Piper‘s knowledge and approach are unique, she is able to explain in the humblest way how it all works and that is a huge contribution to healing.

Our lives have changed for the best and we are ever so grateful to Dr. Piper for the way she looks after us and we wish her the very best.
Also would like to thank the receptionists for their welcome in the beautiful environment.

Horrifying prices. Please do not spend £750 on a 45 minute functional medicine call. There are many many excellent practitioners in the UK that will charge you about £250 for a 1.5 hour initial call who are not ripping off vulnerable sick people and whose knowledge is second to none as well. You do not need to pay this to get well. This is shocking.

In response to being told I am not a customer of yours, no I am not. I called up to ask for advice on becoming a customer as I wanted help with MARCONS and sinus issues and then I was told the prices. I just hope other people realise that this is daylight robbery and taking advantage of people.

I found PrivateGP online when I wanted to do a private medical check for my upcoming trip to the Himalayas. I have never gone private with any medical treatments before.

At first, both receptionists seemed very friendly! They promised me they would found out more about what I required and that they would come back to me. Only, they did not. I called up again and the same promise was made to me. And again. And again until one month went by.

I finally had my medical check booked and reluctantly paid a substantial fee. When I received my report (blood test) - a key element was missing which was my blood type. I called up and clarified that I had spoke to the doctor and I was told I would be told my blood type. The receptionist disregarded what I had said and told me I would have to pay an extra £120. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and disheartened with my experience. I would strongly recommend not attending this GP.

I've been lucky enough to be a patient of Dr Piper's for a year after over 40 years of the NHS not being able to help me. On my first appointment Dr Piper suspected my issues being mold and Lyme related, tests confirmed this. It's taken a while to fix 40 years of being poorly but thanks to Dr Piper I am getting my life back. I will be forever grateful to her and her team for the care and support they have given me.

The beautiful decor, high ceiling and spacious reception area makes for a calm environment as you wait (possibly somewhat nervously) for your appointment.
I found staff to be kind, helpful and reassuringly knowledgeable on my first visit to a private medical practice.
The whole experience contrasted significantly from recent NHS GP visits - from ease of initial contact, a next day appointment, and an actual face to face consultation.
Equally importantly, the practice can provide the vaccine my wife and I need!!

First rate experience. It was my son's first ever 'jab' (that he could remember) and the Doctor handled it very well. Even my son, who is six, was impressed! We were also a little late for the appointment but the practice handled that very well and we were still accommodated.

I strongly recommend this GP practice as an alternative to NHS GP surgeries as a way to fully investigate and get to the bottom of chronic health conditions. I have been seeing Dr Piper for almost a year now, and her holistic approach and extensive knowledge of functional medicine has has really helped me begin to feel better after years of struggling with worsening symptoms. Dr Piper is thorough and attentive during appointments, and provides a range of guidance to address underlying issues which aim to improve health long term.
