High turnover of Doctors and no real continuity. At present the only Male Doctor (excellent Doctor) Dr Mantle, left the surgery and so no male Doctor. I suppose the answer would be that you don't need a relationship with a Doctor because your notes are on screen. That's rubbish, not all Doctors are good Doctors. Also front desk staff often overstepping the mark and starting to comment on blood or hospital results over the phone. Not their job to do that. Receptionists and not Doctors, have a sticker made and placed on the phone.

Had my smear test today with Meryl. I was understandably nervous but she put me at ease and was just absolutely lovely! The surgery itself is immaculate, text message reminders and always a friendly voice on the phone. A breath of fresh air!

Rude and condesending front desk staff

I have been a patient for many years, so grateful for their help and support when I have been unwell, most especially with my stroke. All the staff are extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Happy and grateful to be a patient there.

Wonderful caring staff. I don't know what people find to criticise and I've been with the practice for 48 years and never had cause to complain.
