Park View Health Partnership

Very poor service from this surgery.
Fortunately I am hardly ever ill, but needed a blood test and I was canceled today on the appointment day and when they called back they said they had 3 nurses off sick with no cover. Staff were rude and I had to wait 4 weeks.... For a simple bloody blood test.....useless.
I just joined 'The Meadows surgery'
No one could be as bad as Park view

It appears that it is almost impossible to get an appointment at this surgery anymore. The advice is to attend a GP surgery in Crawley or East Grinstead. That’s not really acceptable when we should have access to local GPs. Imagine if you had to rely on public transport to get to Crawley or East Grinstead.
Since the new owners took over they seem determined to provide a level of service akin to that in an undeveloped country. What is going on here?

I will advise anyone NOT to ever use this surgery! I am a type 1 diabetic and am with this surgery, I have been for nearly 3 years now and can’t say anything has changed. I can’t get an appointment whatsoever, I have been resorting to getting seen by a professional by going to a and e and wasting their valuable time because no one can be bothered at park view to see me. Not even be bothered to pencil in a date for an appointment, the system is poorly organised and quite frankly lacks everything a surgery needs. I will be writing to citizens advice further about this and will make sure anyone I know doesn’t sign up to this surgery. Waste of time and putting peoples health at risk. I hope they’re happy

This surgery has never been brilliant but getting worse!! One doctor forgot the write my perception also my daughter has regular medication which is now taking longer the the 3days they say it takes & just tried to book to have a coil removed & got told they aren't doing it at the moment need to go to Crawley down!!!! I don't drive I have a child with special needs I need to be here to meet off the school bus!! Tried to explain & got sorry will put you on the list for Crawley down that's all we can do thank you good bye!!I wish I could find another doctors really.😡 it seems they don't do half the things they use to before covid & merging with the other doctors.

I have read some reviews here and cannot understand the comments. We have found the receptionist extremely helpful and courteous and have never had a problem in obtaining an appointment with a doctor.

Missed diagnosis and have ended up in hospital twice
Calling is a nightmare, you have to wait to listen their irrelevant messages for 5minutes before you can even select option to talk to receptionist who then does not even help you

I have an amazing and supportive GP at this practice; sometimes there is a bit of a wait/delay, but given the time and focus received when it's my appointment, I don't mind at all and any delay experienced is simply down to the fact that the GPs are caring and take their time with their patients.

After being with them for 5 years. It is worst practice i have ever used in 50 years. Prescriptionsa stopped for no reason given, Misdiagnosed for over a year when i insited it wasnt what doctor kept telling me it was, requested second opinion and was vindicated so suffered 1+ years of infection.
Appointments not adhered too twice i have arrived at requested time dfor either no one to open door at reception, or phone call is never recieved as promised. My list is too long for here.
