I was here for physio on my Right Shoulder which is transfer to left shoulder since I moved too Nottingham

How many examples of poor NHS’s performance do people need to finally say their farewells to this corrupted system which doesn’t fulfil it’s rule within society. Had an appointment for blood test, the reception team rang me half an hour before the appointment to ask which doctor requested this test to be carried out. They confirmed I’m welcome to attend the appointment. I walked in. Waited for quarter of an hour to be called in to doctor’s cabinet just to be informed that she won’t do the blood test because the doctor who requested it is on holiday. Let’s disregard the fact that receptionists could let me know about this and save my time and just cancel the appointment. Looking forward to witness the day when nhs gets fully privatised and is having to compete with other medical services providers within the rules of open market.

Unable to use doctors as I work full time. Unable to use the online system for same reason and expected to go in to the practice to setup details. Rude and sarky receptionist advises ‘we cant just give out passwords over the phone’ - no I appreciate that but theres other ways to verify. This practice gets worse and worse as time goes on.

All I wanted to do was remove my details from their mailing list as I am sick of being harassed with unsolicited text messages - todays offering was a cycling course - I would prefer one to tell my my prescription has been sat on the shelf for over a week, but no, just a cycling course.

I completed a request for a review yesterday, but forgot to mention the physiotherapist I had my appointment with! I would now like to say how positive my experience was. He was pleasant, patient and explained my exercise regime and also gave me with an illustrative printout, I now feel much more positive that I will soon recover from my problem

I have visited this place a couple of times. My feedback is for the outstanding interaction I had with the team at the GP reception. Extremely patient and very helpful with a smile on their face all the time.

Refused to be taken seriously, rude reception. Letters getting lost repeatedly.

Repeatedly failed to have prescriptions ready in time for the person I care for. They need to communicate better with the pharmacy and also make sure all their staff understand the system for prescriptions.
