Radcliffe on Trent Health Centre

This surgery has the most incompetent staff that I have ever dealt with. I've been continuously passed from pillar to post, provided with false information and told that things had been arranged when they hadn't. There no communication skills between staff members and the receptionists have no idea what they're doing.
I would warn anyone off registering here, the surgery is a complete joke and surgeries like this give the NHS a bad name.

The review written before this review is absolutely shocking.
I have lived in the village for 2years and I attend the surgery quite alot 🙈.
Everytime I walk away with great satisfaction.
All of the staff including doctors are super friendly, professional and always go past there call of duty.

I was taken I'll while working at the surgery for PHS collecting the clinical waste. The staff were very helpful and looked after me I am getting better and would like to thank them all.

Rude n unhelpful

Awful avoid at all costs 1 Dr controls this place and seems to hate his patients. He's vindictive and spiteful. Avoid if you can this is the worst treatment I've received from any healthcare practice. And as a local guide I rarely use 1 star as I feel its too harsh but this place is beyond bad. Have spoken to many locals who all say the same name about 1 doctor here who is the problem. He's rude ignorant and a racist.
