The receptionists give an outstanding service they always work very hard to get you an appointment that suits, the GP’s are lovely, and waiting for appointments is not very long it is usually me who can’t make the times they are offering. Excellent service all round thank all who work there!!! xx

Fast at answering the phone lines

Had an issue with a prescription today and I have to say that Dr Johal was great, even offered to drop the prescription off herself, this only cemented my opinion of her as she has really looked after my mother during her cancer treatment.

Giving one star. Deserve none really. I have been failed for 10 years plus and when i challenged my ex useless dr, i was told to leave that surgery, i only asked how she missed a major mental health disorder for 10 years plus despite my pleas for help,over the course of 10 years. .....they are now failing my mother. By LOOSING a cancer screening test. This surgery should be shut down and the Dr in question who has a complaint against her should really be struck off. Absolutely disgusting "care" if that's what you can call it from the ilkeston health centre
