The Riverbank Practice (Dumbarton)

After reading the reviews about this doctors surgery I wanted to find out by myself! And yes it’s true now I know all what’s going on but when you have a disabled bathrooms that say staff only, only to be told you need to ask reception if it’s ok to then wait 10 mins while staff stand and chat about nothing knowing I’m waiting to speak to them! I gave up and went in anyway!! It’s common sense to see someone sitting in a wheelchair who needs assistance and your too busy taking about knowing! Ie parking space and the price of parking!!

Worst doctors ever ,impossible to get appointment and proscription always wrong or not even been sent.
Receptionist try there best but 1/10 for overall service.

doctors use to be helpful now their useless Thier also always running late and have to wait a few weeks for a appointment and these days it a fight to get what you need from them they don't give you the treatment otherwise

Horrible , never pick up the phone as it’s always engaged, even from early in morning. Doctors don’t know what they are doing or just don’t care.

Worst practice in the world! Lack of empathy and overall terrible attitude of every staff member I have encountered at this practice avoid !

Great doctors and great staff and very helpful treat you well keep up the good work

Never had a problem with this practice.
All the staff very helpful.
Just at this time due to Covid .Most of appointments done by phone.But if there was a need ,given a face to face appointment.
