I can only say the building is nice and clean some of the staff are okay one of the doctors is absolutely brilliant the rest of them are rude blunt abrupt dismissive the practice manager needs to practice managing and attitude is absolutely disgraceful how they deal with matters when they give you things that you don’t consent to is absolutely disgraceful. Rude if I were you find another doctors that’s not in Amlwch or Cemaes I would rather walk to the other end of the island to see your doctor can deal with this surgery stay away people I think the words I’m looking for are medical neglect and medical negligence and this surgery has fell into both of them categories in one bad move

No trust there no respect quite frankly would not recommend you to a dying dog If I could give no stars and still review this surgery I would

Friendly and efficient staff

Great i get my feet done there,and the staff who do my feet are great people and charming.

Lovely reception staff. Very helpful answering enquiries.

I've been going there for years- All the staff are brilliant and the doctors have always been kind and competent, sometimes going over the call of duty to see my disabled husband. I highly value this surgery and would recommend it to anyone settled in the area.

Not sure if they’ve had new staff on the reception as of late but the last few times I’ve called in she has been rude, unhelpful and patronising. Disappointing.

Plenty of space to keep distant and and reception helpful
