terrible people.
they do not see my child when he or she is sick and needs a primary care physician.
they did not accept a child with angina, with otitis, when he had diarrhea.
of course, the complaint also went further.
I do not recommend !!!

Doctor Kendall so unhelpful and just can't be asked to help you in any way I've been in pain now for 4 days with diarrhoea at end of my tether can't cope with the pain and he sends me a text link on how to manage this eg drink water .but would like to add the girls that work in reception are really helpful .pity doctor kendal isn't has helpful

Absolute terrible surgery. My nan has been with them for years. She is 93 years old and needed a supporting medical letter to support a move to a better property. And they refused. The doctor is very rude and has mis-diagnosed her conditions on 4 occasions now. When they can be bothered to actually turn up to a home visit. Really wouldn't bother joining here!!

Hi everyone. Unfortunately my opinion about dr Kendall it is not a good one. He did a referral to the XR to the hospital on my name but for the wrong foot! So,I rang to the XR department and the XR staff told me that can offer me a scan for both feet ,unless the GP mentions this to them beforehand. The true is my Right foot is very painful (for months now) and the Left one started to playing up,too but not so bad..So, called in surgery ,explained to the receptionist all these ,she said that the dr. Kendall will text me soon . Indeed he texted me back saying that a x-ray can be made ONLY for a single foot.He did not mention wich foot!🤔.Anyway called again to find out 🤞It was for the Left one. I was vrey upset ant angry I just told them that there is a mistake. I felt like in a dark comedy.Sorry ,I am in pain ,day and night, my quality of life is very low. And you are joking with sending me to have a scan for the wrong foot?wasting my time for calls ? (Waiting ages to get in touch with the surgery )Up to the end dr.Kendall cancelled my appointment for scanning and made an new appointment to speak to him!!!in two days time...All these mean more delay, more days in pain for me! He could helped me at a drop of a hat but he didn't. More than that,it was his mistake .. To be honest if every single one of us leave couple of words about the quality of services of certain 'professionals' maybe the things will improve for us,as patients. There was no compassion, no professionalism, no interest in people 's health problems, nothing!

One single word describes this practice " INEPT ".....worryingly substandard and unacceptable...

I am now very happy to say I have changed practice and I am more than happy with my new surgery...doctors and nurses.

Apparently from the response I have had since posting this...the majority of Rhos village agrees with me...

Shocking, staff are unhelpful and the doctors seem to be non-existent

Good practice just depends on what doctor you see .
