Terrible place , smaller convenience store round the corner is cheaper and better. It's expensive and staff are rude. First time I was told there was a charge for card under 10pounds and then told next time over that amount there was still a charge . The charge itself was different each time. Told rudely to my face if I didn't want to pay the charge I could get cash outside where the cash machine charged 1.89 to withdraw (JOKE). Also prices are not only high but many items don't have price tags and so think they just make them up on the spot. For a plain bag of popcorn I was told £1.29 where at the smaller store around the corner was 2 for £1. Will not be shopping there again only if absolutely have to. Hope they take these things into account. Surprised they are still in business.

The owner attempted to charge a fee for paying with a credit card, which is illegal. I told him not to worry about it and that I'd go elsewhere, and he then typed an amount far greater than the value of my purchase into the card machine and tapped my contactless card before I could grab it back from him. Outright theft. Never ever ever ever ever go here.

Wow, this shop really has improved since the new ownership. Really nice friendly service, the shop has been spruced u. In particular there is a new shop front with a new electric door, which is fabulous in terms of covid safety, meaning that nobody has to touch the same door handle. Top marks to the new owners, I hope this newer improved store is a big success.

The place is now under new management/owner (the PlayStation One games are no longer on sale lol) and the shelves are now stocked better, I use the MyHermes ParcelShop printer and the staff are polite + friendly. Its already a vast improvement on before so hopefully will continue to improve!

The French sticks, croissants and the coffee were simply delicious! Great staff service, really kind. A really convenient store for your everyday shopping.
