Fantastic little shop in a very nice setting. They sell everything locals and passers by could possibly need. Wonderful selection of pies, pasties and freshly made hot or cold sandwiches to take away or eat in. Lovely people running the shop/cafè and the service was excellent too. Our pot of tea and pasties were perfect. There is nothing to dislike about this place. The very best village shop I have ever been to. They have got everything right.

Lovely people who work there, but the convient store is no longer covient, new opening hours not reflected on their Web site and now charging 20p on top of the newspaper price is crazy

For a local shop this is Fantastic.
They really do have a little bit of everything.

Freshly made lunches, frozen ready meals, chocolates, sweets, wine, beer, household items, toiletries, papers, baked goods and local produce.

Always a friendly face and a cheery chat with the staff too.

A true 'local shop'.

Good selection of home made frozen ready meals, plenty of ice creams, fresh produce - ham, cheese, fruit & veg. Baked in store pasty, sausage rolls & slices. Friendly & helpful staff

Holidaying in the area and needed somewhere nearby for essential evening supplies. Delighted that this local shop was open until 7pm sold all that was needed including local ales and ciders, snacks and homemade ready meals. Wonderfully friendly staff too. An asset to the local community.

We live in an area with a lot of village stores. This place is not great. If you have run out of anything its OK for that. The bacon I bought had more water than meat! No bread, no veg, not much choice of anything really. The lady who served us was nice.

Lovely cakes at a reasonable price, staff very friendly, however bread very expensive! But its a village store not a supermarket, so I guess yoi can expect it. Whoever bakes their, well done!
