Not so happy with there service. We paid 750 pounds to commission the generator set up which was a auto start configuration. The technician spent only one hour on site to check fuel and water levels, started the the generator and played with the display. Actually the change over was not checked at all and didnt work either. We did ring Yorpower several times but they never came back to us. This is not a very good service at all considering we spent 20.000 pound with them. Always very helpful before you purchase a product but ones you paid you forgotten

Hannah Pritchard was fantastic! We search all over the Internet to find parts for our sister's generator in Puerto Rico...we live in New York! Hanna had all the parts in stock and processed our order quickly. We also were asked to order a second set of parts which also was processed and delivered all within a week! On top of that Hannah is very pleasant on the phone and gave us excellent customer service. Thanks Hannah and YorPower for helping us during this time of need after Hurricane Maria.

Excellent support from the office with a few issues we had with the projects site constraints, The site team arrived as planned and again were supportive on site with my team and assist wherever needed to complete the tasks at hand.
Would highly recommend as Yorpower commitment and support was excellent and enabled a smooth process and handover with our client.

We ordered two 500KVA synchronised generators from Yorpower. The time schedule was tight, and our preferred payment terms not initially acceptable. Mr. Jonathan Brown, the International Business Dev. Manager and Becky Herrington their Sales Admin/Warranty Manager were extremely helpful to get the transaction through and the specs work out acceptably.

The equipment was delivered promptly, and worked very well when installed. Their Ghana agents Anointed Electricals were very professional and knowledgeable.

Needed a couple of parts for my house generator and had a few emails back and forth with Katie Anderson at the start of February and bought the parts which were due in March. Since paying the money I’ve messaged her 3 times to ask where the parts are and had no reply. Also I’ve rang and got told the parts are coming. Conveniently Katie was on her lunch ??? but never bothered contacting me afterwards. It’s now April……..
