Two weeks after ordering no mats and no response to emails.
There has been a name change to Creative Essentials recently, website is creativeessentials.co.uk. It gives the same address and also a telephone number if interested.
Are car mats still being supplied then, or have T-shirts taken over???? Has the company taken on too much hence the issues with the mats????
If I do not get a response or the mats soon I will be looking to obtain a refund via my credit card company.

Update on 15th November. My credit card provider refunded me and not long after I received the mats. But they were so thin I would have returned them anyway. I returned them in person to the Buckshaw address which is a small business unit. Interestingly if you now put Creative Essentials into Google it comes up with Auto Windows, at the same address which then directs you to the Carmatcompany website!!!!! And Creative Essentials are late in filing their accounts at Companies House. That just about says it all.

Where do I begin - DISAPPOINTMENT does not come close. Firstly delivery took 8 days, ( at least they arrived)quality was diabolical, edging was not finished to the standard shown on advert, and materials used where of a very poor standard, I could purchase better quality from a local discount store. (I ordered Premium)
This led me to contacting the company to ask for a refund and then we lost all contact, after numerous emails no one has answered any of my questions for returning mats.

They advertise that they are a family company and would like good feed back, and if any problems arise please email them, well time is up as waiting for a reply seems not on the agenda.
I will revert back to buying from the big companies at least they have a good return service.

Tried to return product twice through the Hermes as I ordered the wrong ones but both times they have been returned to me. I asked them to confirm I had the correct return address and received an email with the delivery address and that's where I sent them both times and they haven't accepted them. I ordered the correct ones, they arrived but fixings are wrong, emailed them and no reply. I have now paid for two lots of mats and neither are correct and won't be accepted back by the car mat company. Totally avoid this company

2 weeks after order date, still no product despite paying for delivery option which advises delivery in 3-5 days.
I was also informed at the time of ordering that the status of the order would be updated online to reflect the progress of the order - a full 2 weeks later and the status has not changed.
I have also sent 2 emails regarding my order to the customer services email address given on the website without response.
Absolutely shocking service.
Will be attempting to seek a refund via PayPal.

Paid extra for 2/3 day delivery and after three weeks of agro and starting a PayPal dispute with this company, our mats have arrived today. Lovely quality, perfect fit, good price but shocking service. Very pleased with our mats and worth the wait.

Oh dear! I wish I had read these Google reviews before ordering. Unfortunately, I was stupid enough to believe the fake review on the website where every reviewer is a happy customer commenting on the excellent quality of the mats and the sterling customer service. Well, if those reviewers are genuine, they're not dealing with the same company as me... that's for damn sure. Ordered over two weeks ago - so, I emailed them twice and got no response (I now understand that this is typical behaviour for this company). I've been waiting 15 days and have not had my "premium" mats show up. And, I've had no explanation as to why they're 9 days late. I dread to think what they'll look like when they show up.

Appalling company. Still waiting on my order after two weeks. Emailed 3 times requesting where my order is. No reply. Now says they’ve blocked my email address. I have been In Touch with my bank. After 15 days I can make official complaint to my bank, Visa Dispute. They will fight to get my money back.
Do not go near them at all. Wish I’d read the reviews before I made the order.

Ordered 8 days ago, said they would be despatched in 3-7 days. No confirmation of order being dispatched, have chased by email three time with no reply and have just sent another message via the contact page on the website. Wished I had used someone else and read the reviews first before placing the order. Still don't know if the order is going to arrive so not sure if to go out and buy some more?!? Very frustrating and annoying. Will attempt to get my money back from the bank. UPDATE recieved mats after 11 days and they are not that bad to be fair, but this company needs to update its customers and respond to emails
