Be careful when ordering a personalised item, they changed my item without informing me and I wasn’t overly happy, luckily I purchased it through eBay and eBay ruled in my favour so I will get a full refund, I gave many opportunities for them to put the problem right but they just wasn’t interested which I think is a shame as the quality of the item is great, think they just need to improve there customer service skills and admit when they are in the wrong and just fix the problem instead of being stubborn and thinking they are right, even after eBay ruling in my favour I gave another chance for them to put the problem right before I left the negative review but again they wasn’t interested.

We ordered wedding place names that could also be taken away as favours. All our guests were very impressed with them. They all commented on how unusual they were, and how great they looked. The service was brilliant, and we were kept informed throughout the whole process, being included in things such as font and checking them before collection. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent communication. We have had several items and loved them all, especially the personalised Xmas decorations we gave to family as presents, my son's Xmas Eve box and my son's tooth box- so we can keep his first tooth safe. Great service, great products, I highly recommend
