As with all gift shops it's rather expensive but there were a nice selection of products and a lovely art section.

Generally good with helpful polite staff.

A really good selection of gifts. Ranging in price from £1 to several hundreds of pounds, suitable gifts from gifts for a baby to Great Grandparents. The staff are always very helpful and always have a smile for you. Wheelchair friendly. But when it's busy you can be sat in the same place for a while due to other shoppers "not seeing you there" or ignoring you!

This shop is amazing, would rate higher as the selection of toys and gifts is excellent , but only 4 stars because of the prices!! I'm aware of the massive overheads the zoo has so won't be too picky.

There are plenty of different gifts for people, from cuddly toys to rose-quartz rocks. It's all very well priced, too.

This building contains a cafe as well as a gift shop. The cafe has a great range of cakes, drinks and light lunches. Had a cake which was delicious and fresh. There is adequate seating but there is more seating outside. The gift shop has the normal array of souvenirs and toys, is quite small inside so can be a bit claustrophobic at the end of the day when busy. .

Excellent gift shop with diverse range of items for sale. One of the better zoo gift shops out there, perfect way to finish the zoo experience!
