I am absolutely delighted with my keepsake box, bought for my first grandchild’s first birthday. The company was great to deal with and the box itself is solid, good quality and very light. The photo looks great and had been professionally laid out with a clever way of blurring the edges so that it doesn’t look stark. It looks hand painted! Perfect.

I wanted to send a Bouquet to new parents of a baby boy.
I decided though the bouquet would be from 'Born Gifted'.
The site was easy to navigate. I found this gorgeous bouquet with silk flowers and (blue toned) baby clothes arranged amongst them-each looking like flowers themselves. Postage was a breeze (Thanks Jim for accepting my request to raise from 2nd to 1st class). The bouquet arrived today. Recipients are delighted. For once also the bouquet looked exactly like it did on the website!

I ordered a memorial plaque for my best friend as she lost her beloved cat. I made an error with photo submitted and emailed Born Gifted and Jim replied and said the photo I sent instead would be replaced. Today the plaque arrived, I am delighted. Good quality and excellent customer service.

I emailed first because the name I wanted engraving on the Pocket Watch I wanted was a letter too long. Very quick reply, yes they can add an extra letter. Order placed, quick despatch and delivery and the Pocket Watch is beautiful. This was my first purchase from Born Gifted and I would definitely order from them again and highly recommend them.

I ordered a pet memorial & it’s just been delivered. It’s lovely & such a fitting tribute to a loved pet. When they sent the dispatch email there was no tracking number so l emailed them & within an hour they (Jim) responded with the tracking. I had paid £5.95 for delivery & assumed l could track my order but Royal Mail did not allow me to track the order & said they would update details after they attempted to deliver my order ! Not much use. But, BornGifted get 10/10 & Royal Mail 5/10. Thank you BornGifted for such great service & such a lovely memorial for our much loved & missed pet 🐶
