First impression is very good - loads of Harry Potter memorabilia but the prices are very steep - eye watering steep to be precise. Don’t get me wrong - there are great items there and you can wander around looking and being amazed but if you want to buy something be prepared to open your wallet up significantly

I love this shop and if your a harry potter fan so will you its full of all things magical I bought a fortune telling globe that lights up blue just fabulous

Used to be amazing but now they sell a lot of the touristy stuff. Used to love having a Harry Potter store in Canterbury but now it seems to be half Harry Potter and half one of those tourist shops

This shop use to be fantastic now its just a I love London rubbish with a bit of HP shop, my hubby use to spend so much time and money here but walked in today and full of I love London tat I've never seem him walk out a shop so fast
Very very disappointed and won't be going back

If you like harry potter ( as I do ) do not go in here anymore ...its all I love london s××t now ..very disappointed used to be good

Love the Harry Potter stuff but way overpriced, I picked up a hoody & I couldn’t believe the price

Beautiful shop.
What stopped me giving 5 stars and actually buying something today were actually a pushy staff member. My daughter loves HP and for the prices that you would pay in here we like to take our time and she basically stood watching us and the whole time and when she went in to the back asked the other staff member to watch us. We were told not to open the boxes which we weren't doing (we were just checking that the packaging wasn't damaged)
We've been to many HP shops and bought many wands etc. This is the first one that we haven't purchased anything from.
