Rude, rude and rude…..
Been in 3 times over the last month and the Assistant/Manager is very sharp and rude. Refused to go in again so sent in my Son and he is the kindest, gentle person and he was gobsmacked how rude she was too

My friend took me in, as it was somewhere her mother used to take her as a child. Therefore a very special place. My friend accidentally knocked a stupidly balanced Christmas decoration onto the floor as she brushed passed. She hadn’t even picked it up. They even threatened to call security. The staff made her pay, and we’re incredibly incredibly rude. Have left feeling so upset.

Absolutely disgusted by my experience in this shop. I walked past some Christmas decorations stupidly balancing on a low shelf and one fell off as I brushed past. I didn’t pick it up to look at, if I did I would understand the reaction of the staff slightly more.

I was then told multiple times I’d have to pay which I said I didn’t agree with as it was an accident and I didn’t pick it up. After I told them I’d leave them a bad review they threatened to call security on me twice. I then had to pay £5 (which I don’t see why they couldn’t just let off).

I’ve been coming to this shop for years and won’t be coming back again. Don’t waste your money in this shop run by intimidating, rude staff!

I attended this shop with my family expecting to see lovely Christmas decorations and put us in a jolly mood. But instead when we were waiting near the door for one of our associates we were being “watched” as the shop keepers called it. They said “ I’m watching them girls”. As if we were going to steal something. Which none of us would never intend to do ever. So this made us feel very uncomfortable and therefore not wanting to go back there. As one of us suffers with anxiety it made them feel so worried cause they thought they were doing something wrong. So overall not impressed.

The shop made me happy, I felt like a child, with lots of oooh and ahhhs . My mother and I throughly enjoying the atmosphere and kindness if the staff.

Gorgeous things and always something that you want to buy!!

if you are looking for something different gift wise or a treat for you, then this is the place to go. My treatment was a beautiful champagne light up branch tree which is my display tree for all hand made hanging tree decorations

Boy this place is expensive nothing you can’t get elsewhere or online in particular. Lots of chaff not much wheat
