Besides, if you have any questions, your mail will be answered in a very little while. Uncomplicated, kindly and very personal. Also the shipping to Germany wasn't a problem. We have dealt several times with Blomster and have always found them to be absolutely excellent. The service is second to non. Our latest order was urgent for a family event. We ordered on a Friday morning and the item was delivered to our home in Aberdeen on the Saturday afternoon. Blomster is always our first choice for Scandinavian items.

I have ordered large numbers of Ester and Erik candles from them on many occasions. Their customer service is fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend them. John is always a pleasure to deal with. A big thank you to John for getting my candles to me undamaged during the hottest summer on record!

First time ordering from Blomster designs, found them whilst searching for an otherwise sold out Georg Jensen candle snuffer for my sisters birthday, and I was glad it was sold out everywhere else as not only did they have the item I needed the website has so many other beautiful things and they offer a good choice of very reasonably priced delivery options .
The communication from the time it was ordered to delivery was excellent, it was good to be kept informed as to where it was up to and time it would be delivered etc.
When it arrived my sister commented on how beautifully packaged it was. The little touches make all the difference.
