The store is great for you to buy a special and geek gift. If you are a fan of sitcoms, movies and pop culture you will just love this place. You can buy the gift for the whole family here. Of course, if they are geek's like mine.

Some nice gadgets in there, but the big guy with a beard what a grumpy get all three of us that visited the shot got the same impression not nice. But the rest of the staff were brilliant

Horrible interaction when returning a faulty drone today. I know its busy at this time of year but I got a full on 'angry Dad' type response saying "Why did you open it if you didn't want it!?" He assumed that I was up to something and returning it under false pretences. This was actually the second faulty drone I had bought and I wanted a refund rather than another exchange. He made a member of staff check it in front of me and true enough it didn't work. Dismissive when I questioned why the interaction needed to be so hostile and no apology for not believing me.

Interesting and weird items but such fun too, bought a couple of items and can't wait to try them!!

I placed an order on the 15th December…
I placed an order on the 15th December paid for next day delivery, my order was over £250, order status showing awaiting fulfilment. I tried customer service line at least 20 times, you cant get through it's an automated response, and sent several emails with no response, completed 3 times form on site and again no response. I would advise anyone do Not purchase from this company . I am now in a situation of having no money left to get Christmas presents, as replacement as Menkind took the over £250 payment on the 15th December date of order. We have been through alot as a family this past year and these gifts were for family members and meant so much. This company has no idea how their despicable service has affected both me and my family. I am that frustrated will their lack of response and the position I have been left, I am actually in tears writing this. You have ruined Christmas Menkind

Bought a drone, didn't work, exchanged it, new one didn't work, my wife took it back for a refund and staff were angry and hostile to us returning it even though they agreed it didn't work. Won't be returning.

I love gadgets so probably a little biased. Well laid out store.
