I e-mailed Jack and he told me to send the jacket back so that he could shorten the sleeves and ship the jacket back to me. He never did. Nor did I ever get the money back I paid in advance. 85 pounds for nothing and he behaved very un-british in a very inpolite and impertinent manner. I would not recommend anyone to ever do any business with the owner of the Donkeyshop. I am really shocked about this incident as nothing of it was my fault.

Really friendly shop keeper and the products in the shop are beautiful and well priced. Well worth a visit if your in the beautiful scenic fishing village
