Enchanting!! A vision of Teddy Bears!! Lovely stuffed animals in many price ranges. Largest collection of individually made bears and small number bears ever. The sales lady is knowledgeable, informed, patient & very nice. Will return. The inner child in me still is glad we visited!!

Wow! What a wonderful shop. There are so many bears. This is a teddy bears colletors dream world. It's quite a big shop....not massive but well worth a visit, be warned you could buy one of everything (at least).

Charming, cosy and adorable! I highly recommend this place for the avid cuddly friend collector, or if your looking for a special, classic gift. The bears are very well made and some are limited edition so they are a bit pricey but the quality is outstanding!

If you are a Teddy bear fan and are prepared to spend some serious cash then this is the place to visit in Henley. It caters for different sized pockets and they do sell other animals than just bears. The shop also sells accessories.

The most magical teddy bear shop on the planet. It’s enchanting with every and any type of stuffed toys you can image all in one shop. The amazing selection from hand crafted teddy bears made in the uk are just mind blowing. I was so wonderful to see my favourite brand of bears with all the accessories. It’s worth visiting and buying something if you are in the area. This shop makes you feel like a child again when you step into the shop. You don’t know where to look first and you want everything. Look forward going back again to buy my daughter her every own special teddy bear soon.

A true treasure find on the high Street. Such a wonderful stock of all sorts of bears- some collectable and unique and other just cute and cuddly. If you're visiting Henley or looking for a unique gift this shop should be visited.

Went to this shop yesterday with my dad. All I can say is wow. Lovely shop. The guys are the best very helpful, nothing to much trouble, went in for one and come out with three, definitely will be going back, easy to get there, parking very near the shop, xx see you all very soon xx

Buyer be Wary !
Certainly a lovely shop with some beautiful products, BUT...I found the attitude of the manager abrupt, suspicious and unapologetic.

I bought what I understood to be a reasonable quality bear 2 years ago for a newborn. Quite quickly with use, a seam came apart revealing a not particularly strong undercarriage. I arranged after a few attempts to show the manager as I felt this was not acceptable after such a short time. I had thought it looked and felt strong, believed it had cost me around £50 but immediately was told it was a 'cheap' bear, costing around £15, made in China with nylon hair and plastic limb joints, so what did I expect?' !!

I wandered around in the hopes of a better quality look alike but they were really a bit too expensive. I accepted that I must have got the price wrong but her manner was quite honestly rude. She was derogatory about the product that she is apparently happy to sell. It would have cost her nothing to apologies for this not being explained at the time of purchase, I would happily have chosen a longer lasting bear and have accepted my mistake in thinking this was better quality than it appeared. (I was certainly not aware it was nylon etc).

By now I was annoyed at her attitude and commented that I was tempted to leave a review about her manner. Was promptly told 'she would sue me'

I rest my case !
