Bought a beautiful wax melter lamp from this shop as a Christmas gift. The colour I wanted was not in stock so the lady allowed me to purchase the display one. Unfortunately the bulb went the first time we switched it on; I emailed during the holiday period and got a very quick response. I then had a new bulb delivered to me within days.

We received great, friendly service which we felt was over and above what we would’ve expected.

I bought three candles. This shop is so knowledgeable and are an excellent example of how to make a customer feel valued.

All the candles arrived in quick time and in superbly packed condition.

I will be using this shop again in the future and thank you for being so great at assisting me. Most highly recommended. Thank you!

This little shop is fantastic. Visited today looking for specific candle, and the Lady in the shop was SO helpful and friendly. A unique and extremely friendly gift shop with affordable candles and perfect gifts for all. Well worth a visit. The staff were extremely friendly and approachable. I bought a lamp Berger here and it does exactly what the lady in the shop told me it would, completely gets rid of any odours! Fantastic! Will definitely recommend 👍

Lovely place to visit and so welcoming the staff here are knowledgable on what they sell with every brand they stock. There they even have a loyalty scheme that does not run out with time...brilliant!!

I bought a katana named yamato from this store and now a white hair man with a gigantic blade is stalking me! he is asking for the katana and keeps telling me that my "portal opening days" are over,please help!
