Gift of Glass

11/10 experience with David making our own glass gifts. He is such a patient and engaging teacher and we had an amazing couple of hours creating a range of glass gifts to take away. So much fun!! Thank you!

Absolutely loved the glassblowing (lamp working) experience. I really can’t rate it highly enough. We came away with all sorts of things we made under David’s excellent tuition and we we’re complete novices. Thank you David for doing everything you could to make this an unforgettable experience and a major highlight of our holiday.

This was an amazing experience. Always wanted to work with glass and it didn’t disappoint. I would recommend everyone to do it and David was a great instructor. So proud of my creations and will treasure them!

Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish.
We started with a full safety briefing and a trip down memory lane to school science lessons, as we were reminded about the composition and heating temperature of glass (and its many uses).
David then superbly showed us how to create various shapes and loops, using a range of tools, enabling us to make straws, drinks stirrers and pendants.

Our finale was to blow baubles, whilst he showed us examples hanging in the windows, before he packed us up with our handmade items.

A really profession set up, patient teaching style and some lovely final touches at the end.

Highly recommend a trip to the glass blowing experience and to their lovely shop.

We got 6 glass Christmas balls for our family and it's just super cute and personalised gift idea👌 thank you.

We had a brilliant day celebrating a birthday by doing the glassblowing experience. We had an opportunity to try a few different glassblowing techniques and made some great souvenirs to bring home with us! David was an excellent and patient teacher and made the experience even more enjoyable.
Great value for money- we would 100% recommend this experience and would love to come back and do it all again!
