Disgusting treatment by the man behind the counter on Monday
He barked at me, where's your mask. When I said I'm exempt he barked, where's your badge. I said I didn't have it with me and he ranted that I had to wear a mask or produce an exemption badge. I promptly left.I highly suggest that he get himself informed about the discrimination act and the equalities act because if somebody were to be so assaulted like that and decided to take matters further he could be personally liable for a fine of up to £5000. I also suggest employing somebody with better interpersonal skills who can interact with the public in a friendly way. You lost a potential customer and I will be sure to tell as many people as possible never to darken your doorstep.
