My partner thought that a baby cream that was on display was a tester, so opened it to try it. The owner of the shop came over, snatched this off her and very rudely and abruptly said 'that is not a tester'. My partner replied with 'oh sorry, i thought it was' to which the owner replied simply 'NO'. My partner made a simple mistake, but was treated with such rudeness and disdain. We promptly left the shop, due to embarrassment at being spoken to in such a disrespectful and disgusting manner, leaving two of our friends to purchase some items. They came out of the shop and agreed that she had been rude also to them, providing awful customer service when paying at the till (no smiling, no gratitude, general lack of self awareness and manners.)

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Nice and unique items, but not worth the experience of shoddy and disgraceful customer service.

Best shop in Saundersfoot! Such original gifts in glass and wooden sculptures are fabulous! I now own 5 plus a beautiful wooden bench. Well worth a visit. X

Why would you have such a miserable and surly individual for a customer facing role? They lost out on a £70 sale because of the attitude towards us and her just looking unpleasantly towards my two young children when they said hello.

Beautiful shop with outstanding original items! We bought some lovely Fluid Art by Dawn Steward and artwork by Dorian Spencer Davies which we can’t wait to put in our home. We love purchasing pieces and items for our home when we visit West Wales and this shop didn’t disappoint!
Lovely and very helpful owner! Can’t wait to come back! Thank you for bringing some sunshine to our rainy Thursday!

Poor and bitter customer service from an individual whom clearly wants to deter your from buying anything. Went in to look at an item displayed in the window, it did not have a price so I went in to check/ask. Before I had even come through the door, the lady had made her decision that I did not deserve her custom. I tried to look at the back of the item, as all other items had prices stuck on the back on a small sticker. She abruptly asked me 'can I help you' with an accusatory tone and then treated me like I was a complete fool when I asked for the price, giving the impression that I would not be able to afford such an item (£25...). I was going to buy for my mother who was waiting outside and liked the necklace displayed but didn't feel comfortable going in without a mask in the current climate - but after accusatory looks and coarse customer service I certainly would not be spending anything here. I left very quickly and will not be returning.

I really like this little shop. There are lots of really lovely things to purchase. The lady behind the desk was very helpful. I've bought lovely memoirs from there. My recent purchase was a really lovely toadstool hand made to a high standard. I'm so pleased with it. Infact I had a few lovely comments carrying it from the shop and was asked where I bought it.
