Anna Davies (Betws-y-Coed) Ltd

We visit Wales regularly and this shop had been one of my go to shops.
Unfortunately, a couple of staff were not as professional as they could have been. I didn't feel at ease in the shop and a couple of ladies were not very helpful.
Whilst I was at the till, paying for my items, a couple of staff complained to each other about my family waiting outside the door. Obviously didn't realise it was my family! I held my tongue. But not impressed at all.

Very rude staff just waiting to leave as quickly as possible. I wonder if the owner (glen & sarah Evans) are aware that they are losing revenue. Arrived at the shop at 5:45 and the sign on the door clearly said they were open until 6pm- met rudely by the ‘matron’ at the door who said they were shut and only opened the door to bring in their stuff from outside. Returned the next day as had seen something in the window to be followed around the shop by 3 miserable sales assistants like I was a school child in a sweet shop. Went upstairs and had a completely different experience with a lovely chap with a smile on his face and happy to help and pack items. Seems like the ladies downstairs may need a customer service refresher. Lovely selection of items but not a pleasant shopping experience.

Excellent customer care, lovely helpful staff especially Lynne who went out of her way to find a top in my size in the storeroom. It's always a positive experience shopping at Anna Davies. Well worth a visit and so much choice.

Visited Anna Davies today during a visit to Betws-y-coed.
The store sells a wide range of gifts and crafts including candles, glassware, chocolates and fudge and much more.

Came here in the late afternoon, shortly before closing time. Besides lots of souvenirs, there is really a lot of interesting stuff here. Lots of good quality clothes as well. Didn't really have time to check it all out.

But bought some nice fridge magnets, keychains, caps and a bunch of T-Shirts. Everything of good quality.

Staff was very nice and the prices fair. Definintely a place we would spend more time in. Surely another time.

Brilliant service. Ordered jacket and it arrived within a couple of days. Sadly I ordered the wrong jacket and I returned the item via a courier, I received my refund the very next day. Would recommend. Thank you team Anna Davies.

Went to choose some jewelry for daughter-in-law and found a lovely piece. The shop was spotless inside despite it raining heavily. The staff are very friendly and helpful, whilst being polite and professional. Bought a couple more Christmas presents and left. Very happy with my purchases, we will be back.

We have visited this place a few times, Christine has bought Pandora items from the jewellery shop, yesterday 13th January, we visited the clothes shop and they had just the right Barbour quilted jacket she wanted. The lady (she didn’t have a name tag on, sorry don’t know her name) that served us was very patient bringing different items for Christine to try on. She decided on the one that suited her. Went to pay for the item, really surprised and happy that it was discounted, Yay 😃. Very professional and eager to please. Will definitely be back again.
