i ordered a week ago and have had my money taken but no order confirmation, no delivery estimate and no responses to the emails i’ve sent. just hoping to either get my order or my money back.

Ordered from them on March 1st. They have taken my money but have heard nothing since. There is no telephone number and I have emailed and filled in their contact form on four occasions to no avail! So frustrating!

No communication, no items, taken money but no item delivered. Complete scam

A total scam!
My daughter ordered a present for her younger sister back in May, it has still not arrived and despite sending several emails we have had no communication.
Last week we called into the shop in Chepstow to find it did not exist - the building we found had little “sparkle” we are looking to take the matter further.
Do not order from this company it is a wast of time and money!

I ordered a gift for someone's birthday over a week ago and have had my money taken but no delivery of the goods. There have been no responses to my emails or messages left on the Company's Facebook or Instagram. Such sadness this has happened. Please be aware.
