Good stock and helpful staff, however not exactly welcoming

Great staff, fantastic and interesting products and something unique, steering away from the onslaught of generic, corporate chains Swansea is overrun with.

This shop has been my go to gift shop for over 20 years. It was run for years by 2 lovely helpful ladies. It has changed hands a number of years ago and it is not the same friendly place it was. I went into the shop a few years ago just after it changed hands and found the new owners unwelcoming. I decided to give it another try, in the hope that they would have mellowed I to their business. Sorry this is not the case. You are made to feel they are doing you a favour by serving you. Please realise that the customer is king, I wouldn't want to lose this swansea institution.

Amazing beautiful shop , various and wide celection of wonderful gifts, especially for Christmas , bought a tree of life and numerous pieces of jewelery. Really pleased and easy on the pocket too , try it ,you won't be disappointed. Happy shopping😁
