I've used this company a couple of times
.....once I gave the measurements for a sealed unit,I needed... the label on the glass was right but the glass was 40mm to long
Then I asked for a sealed unit for another job, they put the wrong colour frame, they then replaced it,but had the Georgian bar horizontal, rather than vertical but when I pointed this out I was told it's my fault and there's nothing I could do about it.......£47 gone.... try not to deal with Matthew that's wherethe problem lies

I love visiting Abbey and ordering pieces of toughened, polished or tinted glass with any excuse I can think of. Ask about their "Opti" glass, which is perfectly clean, without the usual green tinge.

Picked up a piece of pre ordered glass on 12 /5/2021, when fitted noticed that there was a scratch on the glass ,Contacted the office and spoke to MEGAN who advised me that if I lived locally to bring the glass in where they could take a look at the scratch, which is what I did, The service I received was A class the boys in dispatch could not be more helpful and sorted the problem . glass fitted looks lovely { according to wife } Will definitely recommend and use this company again
