Friendly helpful staff. The process of having items valued and placed with them for sale was straightforward. Wheelchair accessible entrance and we were able to park at the door. Parking is on nearby streets for sale days.

Professional glazing team who go the extra mile for customers. Nicola in the office helps with any enquires you may have.

After arranging and confirming times they did not attend - not once but three times. This left my tenant very unhappy as she had taken time off work specifically for this. It is fine if they are busy but they did not phone or communicate that they would be late or would not be attending - not professional and our time was wasted.

Very disappointing considering they were recommended to myself. They came and measured a shattered window and said they will be in touch.

3 weeks go by, not a heard word back. Called them twice and left a voicemail, nothing. Few days later finally get a hold of them, told me the orders delayed due to pandemic and should arrive next week...now 5 weeks on they've still not got back to me.

Ended up calling another local glazier who measured up, gave me a quote and date for fitting all in 3 days.

Fully understand if they're too busy and/or orders might be delayed due to pandemic but better communication was needed instead of wasting my time for nearly 2 months.

I asked the team to measure for a new Double Glazed Window, and they were very prompt with the fitting, excellent job. Thank you.
