Auto Windscreens

Wasn't given a time upon calling to book but called back this morning and was given a 2 hour window. Bloke arrived past that window hence minus one star but only by 10-15 minutes. Communication could be better - maybe a text confirming your booking. Apart from that, great professional service.

One thing I will say regarding negative reviews on here saying something like 'I was told I had to wait a week' etc.... I used to have a Toyota Supra and was told the same as the glass had to be shipped in from Germany...and that was years ago. Renault Mégane now and no issues. If you drive a less popular car then yeah...you're going to have to wait. My wait was 2 days lol

The guys at Wolverhampton were very professional and really nice fellas. Unfortunately the job in my opinion was not done as well as could've been. I called auto windscreens explained that the the side panels had gaps and was not flush as should be. They sent out a chap who explained to me it will never look as it did, so what about the gap, so he says it's fine. I don't see how a gap looks fine on the side panel of a windscreen.it was either argue with the guy or call it a day. I chose the latter. Overall not a great experience.

James came out to us today to repair the windscreen on our company van. He was really professional and did the job very quickly and properly.

Great service! Easy to find and friendly staff they only thing that let it down was the customer waiting area was uncomfortable and pretty dark, even with the lights on

Got there early & car was started on start away. Took an hour to replace rear door window & excellent job done. All broken glass cleared up. Nice waiting area which was fully sanitised too.

Home Appointment canceled due to poor weather. Re-shceduled appointment to take place at the unit, received confirmation booking time day before fitting date yet when I arrived at the unit the fitters did not know about the booking and will need to rebook the job!! After third attempt the screen was replaced without a problem. Let's hope this was just a one off glitch as other reviews seem positive.

Arrived 15 mins early and was seen straight away, the lads had a look at my vehicle and talked me through the process explaining everything.
While the work was being carried out I was shown to a customer waiting area with sofas and a TV and in just under 30 mins I had three chips repaired and you can hardly see them. Quality work, polite staff what more could you ask for. Would def use again
