I just wanted to say that I was pleasantly surprised with the service that I received with your company. I know now where to go for fast and courteous service. We will definitely be using your company in the future as well.

Very responsive but they arrived a bit late. At the end all was done nicely.

Made a number of frustrating errors- do not know what they are doing.

Job done nicely and clean

Was told they would charge £89.00 plus VAT (20%) to come and look at a leaky window. I was asked to provide card details but told nothing would be taken, fair enough, plenty of companies do this.

The person who turned up was perfectly friendly and re-sealed the sky light and offered some advice for future care. Advised he would need to revisit when it's dried and would get the office to give me a call etc. He arrived at 12 and was gone at 20 to 1 (40 minutes).

Randomly checked my account and saw they charged £127.50 and I haven't even been sent an invoice yet. Called them to question this as I was hoping it was an admin error and I was told they charged the hourly rate plus the materials so I can only assume they've charged £33 for some silicone, pretty steep in my opinion.

The cost I can get past, it's more than they just took the money from my account without even sending me an invoice and it was more than what I was originally quoted, seriously? I was willing to use them again like their tradesman suggested but I don't appreciate being told one thing and the opposite happening. The person I spoke to on the phone didn't seem particularly bothered and told me the charge would stand even after I said I wouldn't be happy using them again, why would you be so willing to let future business walk away for a charge which is obviously overpriced and was taken from my account before an invoice was even provided?

If you're going to use them don't give them your card details because they will charge you before they've even written the invoice.

Excellent service replacing large double glazed unit and replacement velux glazed unit. Work completed to a high standard and on time. Would recommend this glazing company and their team. We will certainly use them again

From start to finish the team from this double glazing company did a first rate job. Both were friendly, hardworking, and covid safe, when they were finished they left the rooms clean and tidy, even cleaning the windows. Would recommend.

My door required some adjustment as it was sticking and it also had a faulty lock which this glazing company changed at a convenient time for me. The installer was prompt and polite, thank you.
