Mark was excellent. His work was completed to a very high standard. His appearance and attitude was excellent.

We decided to install new French door in our home. We got several offers and these guys gave us the best price. They have worked very swiftly and cleaned after themselves. Very happy with the outcome.

The glazier was a lovely gentleman who even cleared up after himself. He was very friendly and polite and didn’t mind little old me chatting away at him while he was working. Thank you for being so patient with little old me!

Accidentally kicked the ball through the window while playing footie with the kid! And after I told him all those times to be careful! Thanks for the quick repair, and for reassuring me that lots of adults do it!

It took a bit longer than I expected but the job was well done so I can’t complain.

Scam. Stay away from them, I stupidly believed the good reviews. They did fix 10 window hinges for me, I did stupidly agree to an hourly charge rate. Roman and Tomek arrived 30min to late and then wasted further 30min talking on the phone and smoking. They took one hour lunch break and several long smoking breaks. In the end I was charged for all the time, so starting one hour later, one hour lunch break, all the smoking breaks and finishing 30min early. They were talking about having all the day for the job. It seemed they were instructed to take their time.
The only thing this company does quickly is to call once the job is done and pressurise you to pay up, a British woman called Zoe does the calls. Obviously they took my card details in advance, and because I have a small baby and it was evening, I paid. Following day I called to complain, today called again, Zoe promised to speak to the builders, but never did.
Stay away from this company, they are not honest.

Avoid at any cost! They belong to a company called Emergency Glazing. Do not hand over your card details. We are taking them to the small claims court to get some of our money back.

they took half the money upfront and failed to show up 3 times and when they did turn up the 4th time they just measured again ...no one in the company ever calls you back ....con artists avoid like the plague
