I've been dealing with Justin at Baker Noble Metals for a couple of years now and I'm very pleased with the service. I can attest to Justin's efficiency and honesty.

The B.N.M set up can seem a bit daunting to the general public as it doesn't look as slick as many operations. As a working jeweller I have learned to not judge a book by its cover. I now have a healthy working relationship with Justin processing all of my scrap. I have even bought fine Gold and Silver for use in my pieces.

Just in reference to another review I noticed. From my own experiences of buying jewellery, coins, gold, silver etc. it's not uncommon for a potential seller to have second thoughts or panic and withdraw from a deal. I wouldn't log in to my account in front of a client either. I think it's a review written as a result of panic and should be viewed as such.

The response from BNM is a personal one. As a small business, It's difficult to not take a bad review personally as anyone that takes pride in what they do will. Please remember this when reading the response.

I have recently used Justin Bakers service for turning my unwanted gold and silver items into money in the bank. I have never done this before and was impressed with the service I received. Not to mention I very pleased with the amount I got in return. I would highly recommend Mr Bakers services.

Mr Baker provided an excellent service. I have limited knowledge about these things and he guided me through the process so that I had a clear understanding of the valuation. I ended up getting about 20% more for my gold watches than the first valuation I was offered from a high street jeweller.

Justin Baker was very fair and honest in my dealing with him. A client had asked me to liquidate a large collection of silver, and this was done to my client's and my satisfaction!

Thanks Justin it was a pleasure doing business with you today. I was a little apprehensive about stepping outside while you performed the bank transfer payment. But considering the circumstances it was perfectly understandable.
