Terrible course, they don't even water the greens if you can call them that. The Course is like concrete including greens, the ball just bounces everywhere and impossible to stop a ball on the greens.Rough is up to your knees so you will loose loads of balls even with your best shots. 2018

Used to play this course regularly always felt it had massive potential but was very badly maintained. Concrete ant infested bunkers and very mossy greens. Not surprised it is closed now. With the right maintenance could be fantastic. They charge top

The 'complex' is a driving range.
Best price = £4.80 for 80 balls with a 'saver card'.
The club in set in absolutely fabulous grounds, so it's a travesty that the courses are not currently fit to play. (I have previously played both the 9 and 18 hole courses, which have been great & were memorable.)
The mini golf was "open" but looked in terrible shape (and there was a dog exploring it when I took a look at it). Missing flags, ripped surfaces...
There were signs that the 9 hole course was being worked on when I visited...
The place was in poor state of repair (e.g. torn up carpet in the lobby) and pretty filthy (e.g cobwebs in bays and on ball dispensers) when I visited. I put this down to the fact that they've been closed for weeks - I'll update this once I've revisited and they've had a chance to clean up a bit.
I'll be returning as its conveniently located and relatively quiet, plus I get the sense that it badly needs customers...

Pretty good driving range, not much more to say

Only the driving range is open at the moment. The range is nice though it could do with the grass cutting more frequently and a few more targets as the balls are on the steep side price wise. £8.00 for 80. Although that drops to £5.20 for 80 if you buy a 10x saver card.

It's generally quiet, often occupied by the owner's rather skittish dog, Nelly, who trots around as though she owns the place. There are however several resident golf pros who do lessons and provide services like club repairs. No bar, but pretty basic soft drinks out of a fridge and there is small TV lounge in the driving range reception area.

I would probably give it 4 or 5 stars if the courses were open. It has both a 9 and 18 hole course set in great countryside. But it seems to suffer from neglect and a lack of ambition. The whole place is slightly strange and quirky. Several people seem to live on site in the various small cottages and houses dotted around what was once farm buildings and sheds.

It has fantastic potential but sadly at the moment just trundling along to the gentle clicking of a few people hitting balls on the range.

Range is great, swappable rubber tee with astro mats, bays are a good size with outside area. Staff are really friendly and pros look to have a full range of tech as well as teaching well (not had a lesson just seen lessons)
Only small thing is it could do with a touch of TLC on the decor, but did not affect my experience. Nice work keep it up!

Rudest people I have ever encountered. I would give 0 stars if I could. Old lady runs the place but has ZERO manners and does not know how to deal with customers. She does not make logic statements and makes you feel absolutely unwelcome. I had a conversation with her about her weird rules of not wanting dogs on the property (I had my dog leash and I was on the parking lot. I was actually not planning to play and I had just dropped by husband off. She wanted to have my dog inside the car in the heat as dogs are not allowed on the property while she has her dog right beside her!!! Totally incoherent and there were no signs about dogs not being allowed on the parking lot!) WILL NEVER SET FOOT ON THAT PLACE AGAIN!
